About the role

The Growth Marketing Analyst Specialist will lead the collection, transformation, and analysis of marketing data to drive actionable insights. This role supports cross‑selling, up‑selling, and retention initiatives by turning raw data into strategic recommendations that enhance customer value and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Transform raw data into analysis‑ready formats and build automated data‑collection tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for business stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and produce regular market status reports.
• Design, implement, and manage cross‑selling and up‑selling campaigns across all channels.
• Lead retention programs to increase customer lifetime value and active‑base percentages.
• Perform data‑mining, segmentation, and statistical modeling to forecast churn, acquisition, and revenue impact.
• Support post‑launch analysis of promotional campaigns and update performance dashboards.
• Assist in building business cases for new promotions, including revenue forecasts and cannibalisation assessments.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
• Experience in marketing analytics, customer value management, or related fields.
• Proven ability to communicate findings clearly to non‑technical audiences.
