Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to expand our user base, improve conversion rates, and drive measurable revenue across web and mobile products. The role blends data‑driven analysis, AI‑enhanced workflows, and creative campaign management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and App Campaigns.
• Manage Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, handling prospecting, retargeting, audience and creative testing.
• Track and improve CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and revenue using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Firebase Analytics.
• Identify organic growth opportunities through SEO, GEO targeting and Google Search Console.
• Create and optimise email marketing flows for engagement, conversion and re‑activation.
• Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, landing pages, offers and messaging.
• Explore new acquisition channels and scale proven tactics.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex) for research, analysis, content creation, reporting and automation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Self‑starter who can work independently, test new ideas and learn quickly.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
