About the role
ISTQSERVERS is hiring a Hardware & Procurement Coordinator. The role manages hardware orders from request to delivery, tracks order status and maintains strong relationships with suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on hardware orders from request to delivery
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, confirm specifications and track delivery timelines
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering as needed
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices and supplier agreements
- Proactively resolve any issues or delays with suppliers
Required profile
- Previous experience in hardware procurement, IT supply chain or a related field
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage several orders and suppliers at once
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of hardware components and specifications
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or procurement/ERP software
