About the role

The hospital is looking for an experienced female Head Nurse to lead the Medical Department. This senior nursing position oversees clinical operations, ensures high‑quality patient care, and drives team performance within a large hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day clinical activities of the Medical Department.
• Maintain and improve patient care standards and safety protocols.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Monitor resource utilization, staffing levels, and budget compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience.
• At least 2 years recent experience as a Head Nurse in the same specialty within a large hospital (polyclinic experience not considered).
• Readiness to join within 2–3 months.
• Strong leadership, management, and team‑development capabilities.
