Head of Marketing

About the role

Clinlab.AI is looking for a hands‑on Head of Marketing based in Jordan to own and execute the U.S. marketing strategy. You will work directly with the CEO and executive team to strengthen market position, generate demand, and showcase Clinlab.AI as a leader in agentic AI for laboratory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the U.S. market.
• Define brand positioning, messaging, and market presence.
• Lead content creation, digital marketing, social media, SEO, and AI‑search visibility.
• Produce executive communications, presentations, proposals, case studies, and sales collateral.
• Design demand‑generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Manage public relations, product announcements, partnerships, and conference marketing.
• Oversee the company website and customer‑facing marketing materials.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate agencies, designers, freelancers, and marketing vendors.
• Set marketing priorities, performance metrics, and executive reporting.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• Background in healthcare technology, diagnostics, laboratory medicine, AI, SaaS, or life sciences is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead strategy while remaining hands‑on with execution.
• Excellent English writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
• Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Based in Jordan and available to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
