Head of Marketing

About the role

The Marketing Director is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Amman, Jordan. You will lead the overall marketing strategy, covering brand positioning, performance marketing and customer acquisition across both digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company vision.
• Oversee multi‑channel campaigns, manage budgets and track performance metrics.
• Analyse market and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations and sales teams to ensure alignment.
• Guide agency and vendor relationships and coach the internal marketing team.
• Monitor market trends, spot new opportunities and ensure initiatives support Miaomah’s mission.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience, preferably in marketplaces, consumer apps or high‑growth startups.
• Strong expertise in integrated marketing, market planning and research.
• Demonstrated ability to align marketing funnels with sales goals and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience leading diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly beneficial.
