Hostess – Guest Service Support (Full‑Time)

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Hostess and become a key member of the Guest Service Support team. You will help create memorable dining experiences by ensuring smooth food and beverage operations and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and dining areas according to service standards.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including floor sweeping and waste removal.
• Support guests by answering basic menu questions and providing courteous service.
• Handle light lifting, carrying, and moving of items up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; experience in food‑and‑beverage is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Willingness to follow safety, uniform, and professional appearance standards.

Required skills

• Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move objects as described.
• Basic reading ability to verify menu information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
