Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Housekeeper

About the role

We are looking for a Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our team at a Marriott property on the Dead Sea Road in Sweimeh, Jordan. In this role you will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are spotless, comfortable and ready to deliver a memorable hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all hotel areas, including guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and restock housekeeping carts.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as making beds, changing linens, and sanitising bathrooms.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies while handling confidential information.
• Uphold professional uniform standards and communication with guests and team members.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
