About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner will be based in Amman, Jordan, supporting T‑Link’s back‑office operations. This full‑time, on‑site position works according to U.S. time zones and focuses on all core HR functions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process and manage employee relations.
- Drive performance management, training and development programs, and payroll administration.
- Ensure compliance with Store Operating Standards, HR policies and local labor laws.
- Facilitate internal communication and promote a positive work environment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies in line with labor regulations.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
