Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager leads the HR function for a property in Aqaba, overseeing recruitment, compensation, training, labor relations and performance management. The role ensures HR services meet employee needs, support business success, and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent sourcing.
• Maintain relationships with external recruitment sources, attend job fairs, and network with local organizations.
• Oversee vendor performance for job advertising and ensure diverse candidate pools.
• Administer employee benefits, manage unemployment claim processes, and prepare related reports.
• Coordinate orientation and ongoing training programs to ensure cross‑training and employee development.
• Provide HR expertise to property managers on selection procedures and performance management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of HR or related experience, OR an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 2 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment, benefits administration, and employee development.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
