Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR and Operations teams in delivering day‑to‑day HR services for the organization in Aqaba. The role oversees recruitment, compensation, training, employee relations and performance management while ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and monitor recruitment activities, including job fairs, external sourcing, vendor advertising and candidate selection.
• Partner with property managers and external vendors to ensure quality hiring processes and diverse talent pipelines.
• Administer employee benefits and manage unemployment claim processes, preparing reports and representing the company at hearings.
• Develop and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs, ensuring cross‑training and continuous employee development.
• Maintain compliance with labor regulations, compensation structures and performance management systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least four years of HR or operations experience, OR an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead recruitment, benefits administration and employee development initiatives.
