Integration Specialist

About the role

ZenHR, an award-winning cloud-based HRMS serving employers across the MENA region, is looking for an Integration Specialist. You will be the main point of contact for customers facing technical challenges and the go-to expert for implementing their integrations, diagnosing and resolving issues and guiding customers through integration processes so they get a seamless experience with the company's API offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers integrating the platform with third-party tools via APIs
• Implement customer integrations by setting up, configuring and customizing workflows
• Troubleshoot API functionality, data exchange and integration workflow issues
• Guide customers through setup and configuration with clear instructions
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on complex issues
• Document customer interactions, challenges and solutions in the support system
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs
• Suggest improvements to the customer experience and integration processes
• Maintain professional communication with customers and take part in team meetings and training

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• 3 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP implementation or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience designing and implementing integration solutions for complex software systems
• Customer support experience, preferably in a technical role
• Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting API integrations

Required skills

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON and webhooks
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript or similar (preferred but not required)
