International Fundraising Manager

About the role

The King Hussein Cancer Foundation is looking for an International Fundraising Manager to lead and expand its fundraising activities across borders. This senior position will oversee the international unit’s fundraising initiatives, manage grant processes, and support the foundation’s advocacy programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies targeting international donors and partners.
• Manage the full grant lifecycle, including proposal development, submission, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with advocacy and programmatic goals.
• Maintain relationships with existing donors, identify new funding opportunities, and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
• Prepare regular fundraising performance reports and budget forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, international relations, law, public relations, social sciences, administrative studies or a related field.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience, preferably within the non‑profit or NGO sector.
