Junior Accountant – Entry Level Accounting Role

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This position offers a recent graduate or early‑career professional the chance to develop core accounting skills while contributing to a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain financial documents and supporting records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and help resolve discrepancies.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments on financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred, though fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
