About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team in Amman. The role involves handling daily financial transactions, supporting month‑end closing, and ensuring accurate records across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions such as sales, expenses, supplier invoices, customer receipts, petty cash, and payments.
- Manage customer collections, supplier payments, outstanding balances and perform account reconciliations.
- Reconcile orders, cash‑on‑delivery and merchant settlements across e‑commerce platforms and banking systems.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify transactions across bank accounts and internal accounting records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and support month‑end closing activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
Required skills
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
