About the role
The Accounting Services Administrator will support Azadea's Business Services by handling clerical accounting tasks and ensuring efficient end‑to‑end service delivery across the group. This entry‑level position requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work within internal service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Process financial transactions promptly and accurately according to established procedures.
- Screen incoming mail and telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, labeling, filing, data entry, and database administration.
- Maintain high customer service standards by meeting internal SLAs and following up on requests in a timely manner.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Zero to one year of experience in a similar clerical accounting role.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English.
