About the role

The Food & Beverage Checker – Finance supports the finance team by ensuring accurate entry of financial data, maintaining records, and assisting with period‑end closing activities. This position combines financial accuracy with guest‑service awareness in a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper coding.
• Organize, secure, and maintain files, records, cash and cash equivalents according to policies.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.
• Classify, code, and summarize numerical data using journals, ledgers, or computer systems.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports.
• Complete period‑end closing procedures and reports as specified.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Attention to detail and mathematical accuracy.
• Ability to use electronic spreadsheets and basic accounting software.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
