Financial Due Diligence Executive – Transaction Diligence

About the role

Join EY's Transaction Diligence team in Amman, collaborating with experienced professionals on cross‑border due‑diligence engagements across the MENA region. You will develop sector expertise, travel opportunities, and build client relationships while progressing to lead complex transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial and operational due‑diligence for private‑equity and corporate buyers.
• Analyze target company results, assess trends, and evaluate valuation implications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality deliverables and share responsibilities.
• Maintain regular communication with senior members, providing progress updates and insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with prior due‑diligence exposure.
• Ability to analyze financial and non‑financial information to form conclusions.
• Strong analytical, presentation and report‑writing skills.
