Junior Accountant

About the role

Total Care Facilities Management (TCFM) is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to help ensure the accuracy and efficiency of its financial operations. The accountant records daily transactions, prepares bank reconciliations and reports, and supports annual statements, audits and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily journal entries for suppliers, customers, petty cash and other financial activities
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and keep financial records accurate
• Prepare financial reports on suppliers, customers and employees
• Take part in the annual warehouse and storage inventory count
• Assist with annual financial statements, annual audits and financial closing
• Reconcile balances and accounts with customers, suppliers and employees

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum grade of Good
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in facilities management
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Odoo preferred
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
