About the role
The Junior Business Analyst supports the business analysis function by assisting in requirements gathering, documentation, and communication between business stakeholders and development teams. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, technology‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in eliciting and documenting requirements under senior guidance.
- Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams.
- Support process mapping and simple workflow analysis.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to capture feedback.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to verify solutions meet requirements.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis or related field (internships and academic projects count).
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile practices.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Familiarity with JIRA.
- Familiarity with Confluence.
- Familiarity with Visio.
- Familiarity with Miro.
