Junior Marketing Officer

About the role

Petra Ride is seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Officer to join its fast‑growing team in Amman. The role focuses on executing offline marketing campaigns and field activations that bring the brand to life across Jordan.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns and on‑ground activations.
• Coordinate branding, promotional materials, and event logistics.
• Collaborate with vendors, universities, schools, malls and business partners to deliver campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing activities are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Support digital marketing initiatives when required.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with day‑to‑day marketing tasks.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
• Experience in offline marketing, activations, or event coordination is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in the field.
• Good English communication skills.
