About the role

Manage the Lebanese restaurant to deliver an outstanding guest experience, coordinating the service team with the culinary team.

Key responsibilities

Ensure strict adherence to hotel policies, fire safety, hygiene regulations and HACCP.
Drive sales to achieve the outlet’s full potential while staying within budget.
Maintain high quality of product and service.
Identify and develop internal and external talent aligned with Kempinski’s values.
Provide continuous feedback, conduct performance appraisals and support talent development initiatives.
