About the role
Manage the Lebanese restaurant to deliver an outstanding guest experience, coordinating the service team with the culinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to hotel policies, fire safety, hygiene regulations and HACCP.
- Drive sales to achieve the outlet’s full potential while staying within budget.
- Maintain high quality of product and service.
- Identify and develop internal and external talent aligned with Kempinski’s values.
- Provide continuous feedback, conduct performance appraisals and support talent development initiatives.
