About the role
A hotel that is a member of the Accor network is looking for a Lobby Ambassador. Reporting to the Front Office Director, the role is about consistently offering professional, friendly and engaging service to guests in the hotel lobby.
Key responsibilities
- Greet all guests as they enter and leave the hotel while making sure service standards are followed
- Talk with first-time visitors, show them the lobby and give directions when needed
- Help guests find out about hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards, as well as all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Required profile
- Previous guest service experience
- Professional presentation
- Outstanding guest service skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Ability to stay calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs
