Logistics Analyst

About the role

MANTECH is looking for a motivated Logistics Analyst I to join its vehicle sustainment team in Amman, Jordan. The analyst will support maintenance of multiple vehicle families worldwide under the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program, ensuring timely acquisition and movement of parts and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate logistical functions for global vehicle sustainment.
• Record, maintain and initiate work order documentation for component acquisition from vendors.
• Manage packing, shipping, receiving and transportation of parts, items and equipment.
• Operate material handling equipment and oversee inventory movements.
• Report to the Senior Logistician or Supply Supervisor and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma (HS Diploma or GED) and at least 3 years of relevant logistics experience.
• U.S. citizenship with an active Secret security clearance.
• Valid driver’s license for the work location and a passport valid for at least one year beyond the start date.
• Willingness to travel to various U.S. or OCONUS locations.
• Physical ability to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, kneel, push, pull and reach while working with computers.

Required skills

• Experience with military logistics systems such as STAMIS or GCSS.
• Familiarity with commercial Logistics Management Information Systems (LMIS).
• Knowledge of automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards.
• Proficiency in operating material handling equipment.
