Logistics & Clearance Executive

About the role

The company seeks a Logistics & Clearance Executive to oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods while maintaining strong supplier and distributor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage logistics and supply chain operations across multiple regions.
• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics processes across land, sea, and air freight modes.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, suppliers, and distributors.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping documentation and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Optimize logistics workflows and suggest improvements in transportation and warehousing.
• Lead and mentor junior logistics staff and prepare performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, including land, sea and air freight operations.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution or retail environments.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written) and excellent coordination and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of logistics processes, transportation management and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
