About the role
The Logistics & Clearance Officer will coordinate daily logistics operations, manage order processing, track shipments and ensure smooth communication with suppliers, distributors and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics activities including order processing, shipment tracking and delivery scheduling.
- Manage land, sea and air freight operations to achieve timely and cost‑effective transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements and related documentation.
- Support customs clearance and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
- Monitor transportation costs and propose efficiency improvements.
- Prepare regular logistics and inventory reports for management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) and excellent organizational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
