Logistics & Clearance Officer

About the role

The Logistics & Clearance Officer will coordinate daily logistics operations, manage order processing, track shipments and ensure smooth communication with suppliers, distributors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities including order processing, shipment tracking and delivery scheduling.
• Manage land, sea and air freight operations to achieve timely and cost‑effective transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements and related documentation.
• Support customs clearance and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Monitor transportation costs and propose efficiency improvements.
• Prepare regular logistics and inventory reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written) and excellent organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
