Loyalty & Engagement Associate – Zain Cash

About the role

The Loyalty & Engagement Associate will manage and grow Zain Cash's loyalty program, creating customer‑centric campaigns and a gamified points system. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to boost engagement, retention, and overall program value.

Key responsibilities

• Operate day‑to‑day loyalty program functions, including points accrual, redemption logic, and reward tiering.
• Design and launch gamified campaigns to increase transactions and point usage.
• Monitor point utilization trends and optimise reward structures.
• Analyse voucher performance, redemption behaviour and report on ROI.
• Segment customers based on usage patterns and create tailored offers.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys and report on program impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with third‑party partners, negotiate deals and expand the reward ecosystem.
• Generate dashboards and KPI reports, collaborating with data and BI teams.
• Translate insights into retention and growth strategies, working with product, marketing, customer service and sales.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings and recommend strategic improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in loyalty program management, CRM or customer engagement, preferably in fintech, telecom or retail.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of loyalty program structures and gamification techniques.
• Experience in data analysis and campaign reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and CRM/reporting tools.
