Manager – .NET Architect – Digital Solution & Engineering

About the role

PwC Consulting is seeking a Manager to lead the design and delivery of .NET‑based digital solutions within its Digital Solution & Engineering practice in Jordan. The role combines technical architecture, project delivery and client relationship management to drive enterprise transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of digital transformation projects across data, cloud, automation and platform integration.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide the development of scalable, secure, cloud‑ready .NET solutions.
• Support senior client relationships, providing transparent updates on progress, risks and outcomes.
• Lead day‑to‑day team activities, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify innovation opportunities and contribute to service and solution enhancements.
• Provide technical governance, ensuring architecture standards, quality, performance and maintainability across delivery teams.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, delivery leads, security, cloud, data and engineering teams to achieve sustained results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science (Master’s degree optional).
• 7+ years of experience in digital transformation and enterprise‑scale solution delivery.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, Scrum Master or DevOps credentials are a plus.
