Marketing Coordinator

About the role

ICC, a premium lighting solutions and home automation company, is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Coordinator to drive its digital presence, create visual content and generate qualified leads. The role works closely with Sales, Design and Projects teams to turn projects into effective marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ICC’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) – planning, posting and community engagement.
• Plan, execute and monitor paid campaigns via Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Ads, tracking performance against budget.
• Maintain and update the company website, including project portfolio, landing pages and coordination with developers.
• Run SEO and e‑marketing activities – keyword research, on‑page optimisation, email campaigns and analytics reporting.
• Coordinate offline marketing activities such as exhibitions, events, client presentations and printed material.
• Photograph site visits, installations and events; supervise professional photographers and manage a media library.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in architecture, interiors, construction or premium B2B.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic, valid driving licence and willingness to visit sites.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency with website CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Strong photography skills with a portfolio.
• Working knowledge of design tools (Adobe Suite or Canva) and AI content generation tools.
