Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist – Digital & E‑Commerce

About the role

We are seeking a creative Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to join our software house in Irbid. The role combines digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and the production of visual content that showcases our technology solutions to B2B and B2C audiences across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, grow engagement and reach targeted audiences.
• Analyse campaign performance, prepare ROI and conversion reports.
• Improve website visibility through SEO and create marketing copy for software services.
• Design brand‑consistent visual assets, digital ads, brochures and presentations.
• Produce and edit promotional videos, explainer videos and short‑form content.
• Ensure all creative output follows brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Media or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven digital marketing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and spoken English for content creation and client communication.
• Familiarity with marketing SaaS and B2B technology solutions is a plus.
• Strong creativity, communication, time‑management and teamwork skills.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects.
