Marketing Manager – Digital Growth & Brand Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our annual marketing strategy, with a strong focus on digital growth and brand equity in the Jordanian market. The role combines strategic planning, performance‑driven digital campaigns, and creative content leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the yearly marketing strategy, budget, and KPIs across all projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and digital innovation to keep the brand ahead.
• Plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, programmatic platforms and analyse performance with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
• Lead SEO/SEM initiatives, website optimisation, and AI‑powered tools for content creation and targeting.
• Oversee creative development, photoshoots, visual assets and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate co‑branded initiatives with operators, tenants and manage PR, media and government communications.
• Handle vendor relationships, invoicing and budget tracking through the Oracle system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Multimedia or Journalism; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 10‑12 years of marketing or advertising experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a marketing agency or event company is highly desired.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and driving sales growth.
