Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function of our hotel, part of the Accor network. You will shape and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth while upholding our commitment to responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all activities within the marketing department, ensuring service standards are met.
• Develop and execute marketing plans in partnership with the Sales team to achieve profit targets.
• Oversee hotel advertising and promotion across print, digital, and direct‑mail channels.
• Research market trends, financial data, and demographic insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with external agencies on campaign execution and with PR and creative teams on copywriting, design, and production of promotional materials.
• Recommend pricing strategies to maximize market share.
• Manage the annual marketing budget responsibly and ensure compliance with departmental and safety policies.
• Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs while performing other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in marketing.
• University or college degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and reliability traits.
• Ability to stay calm, courteous, and guest‑focused at all times.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications.
