Massage Therapist – Full-time Spa Position

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Massage Therapist to join the spa team at Marriott International in Sweimeh, Jordan. In this full-time position you will deliver a range of massage and body-treatment services to guests, ensuring a relaxing and safe experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional massage services using appropriate props and products.
• Perform body treatments such as scrubs, wraps and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest health information and contraindications before each session.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and treatment rooms, including sterilising tools and handling linens.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products in line with Marriott standards.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and monitor their comfort throughout the service.
• Follow Marriott’s procedures for handling inappropriate guest behaviour and report any safety incidents.
• Stay current with industry techniques and maintain required licensure.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree related to massage therapy.
• Minimum one year of relevant spa or massage experience.
• Valid state or regional massage licence.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Commitment to Marriott’s policies, uniform standards and confidentiality.
