Media Buyer

About the role

The Media Buyer will join Blue Mark Agency’s Amman office to plan, negotiate and purchase media space across digital, social and traditional channels. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on maximizing campaign performance and ROI for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze audience data and market trends to identify optimal media placements.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with media vendors across TV, radio, print, programmatic, and social platforms.
• Execute media buys, monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies to meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with media planning, strategy and creative teams to ensure alignment with overall campaign goals.
• Prepare performance reports and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Media or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
