Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Ops Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations developer to design, customize and implement finance solutions for a multi‑entity environment. The role involves full‑lifecycle development, issue resolution and performance tuning of D365 F&O applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++ and .NET.
• Perform full‑lifecycle application development, from requirements analysis to deployment.
• Investigate, analyze and replicate issues, providing support to internal users.
• Conduct testing, functional validation and delivery of finished solutions.
• Optimize and tune software performance and refactor existing code for compliance and robustness.
• Lead fit‑gap analysis and participate in business solution design improvements.
• Execute R&D initiatives and support two full implementation cycles.
• Work with finance modules such as budgeting, cash & bank management, consolidations, expense management, fixed assets and general ledger.
• Utilize the Data Management Framework for data migration and integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of software development experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a multi‑legal entity, multi‑country setting.
• Strong documentation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Accounting certification is a plus.
