职位概况

我们在安曼的Sheraton酒店诚聘二级厨师，负责日常厨房食材准备、烹饪及清洁工作，提供高质量的餐饮服务。

主要职责

按配方分配、切碎、称量并保存食材。
清洗、去皮并称量新鲜蔬果。
操作烤箱、炉灶、烤架、微波炉和油炸机进行烹饪。
监控食品烹饪程度和质量，确保符合标准。
维护厨房清洁、消毒及设备温度控制。
遵守公司安全政策，报告异常情况并完成安全培训。

任职要求

高中毕业或同等学历（GED）。
至少1年餐饮或厨房相关工作经验。
无管理经验要求。
能够在站立、行走、弯腰、提举25磅以下物品的工作环境中工作。

必备技能

烹饪设备操作（烤箱、炉灶、烤架、微波炉、油炸机）。
食材准备与计量。
食品安全与卫生规范。
