About the role

Jeeny is seeking a Partnerships & Sponsorship Lead to drive strategic collaborations that enhance its brand and business objectives across the Middle East. The role will involve identifying, negotiating, and managing partnership opportunities that align with Jeeny’s mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
• Identify new business leads and potential collaborations.
• Lead negotiations, execution, and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop partnership proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
• Coordinate activations, events, and collaborative campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and analyze partnership performance, ROI, and campaign impact.
• Manage vendors, agencies, and partner communications professionally.
• Ensure smooth execution, follow‑up, and timely delivery of partnership activities.
• Prepare regular performance insights for management.
• Support the marketing team with strategic collaboration opportunities that drive awareness and growth.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, business development, or marketing.
• Strong industry network and existing partner/vendor contacts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Experience in partnership lead generation, execution, and follow‑up.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to evaluate partnership performance and ROI through data analysis.
• Advanced Excel and performance‑tracking skills.
• Project‑management and multitasking capabilities.
• Experience in events, activations, and brand collaborations is a plus.
