About the role
The People Solutions Consultant ensures accurate, compliant and efficient HR operational support across the MEA region. Acting as the functional SME, the role oversees HR data changes, leave transactions and end‑to‑end HR processes for both MSP‑covered and out‑of‑scope countries. The position works closely with country HR and Finance teams to maintain data integrity and a seamless employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Approve employee data changes and specific leave transactions entered by the Managed Service Provider (MSP) through myHR workflows.
- Validate MSP‑processed transactions, identify discrepancies and manage exceptions.
- Deliver full‑cycle HR operations for out‑of‑scope countries, including onboarding, off‑boarding, contract generation, data updates and benefits administration.
- Ensure all HR actions comply with local labour laws, internal policies and audit requirements.
- Partner with country HR and Finance teams to process employee movements that impact payroll.
- Manage HR‑related cases in the C4C case management system, providing accurate and timely resolutions.
- Serve as escalation point for complex or sensitive employee issues.
Required profile
- Legal right to work in Jordan or Kenya at the time of application.
- Ability to work on‑site three days per week in a hybrid model.
- Strong governance and stakeholder coordination skills in an HR operational environment.

What we offer

- Gross salary of KES 379 502 (Kenya) or JOD 1 002 (Jordan)
