Product Specialist - Aesthetic Medical Devices

About the role

The Product Specialist will promote and sell Imdad's aesthetic medical devices to both new and existing customers. The role combines consultative sales, on‑site demonstrations, and post‑sale support, including in‑service training for end users.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales visits, identifying or creating customer needs for Imdad products.
• Schedule and attend appointments with existing and prospective clients to showcase product features.
• Generate new business accounts and develop relationships with key decision‑makers such as doctors and clinic managers.
• Perform professional product demonstrations and presentations at customer sites.
• Negotiate terms and close sales using proven techniques.
• Maintain accurate customer records, including contact details and equipment information.
• Submit weekly sales and marketing reports and assist with accounts receivable follow‑up.
• Attend industry conferences, workshops, and stay informed on competitor activities and pricing.
• Provide on‑site in‑service training for end users on system applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, or a related scientific field.
• 2–3 years of experience selling medical devices; experience in dermatology is a plus.
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
