Project Manager – In-Line Inspection (Oil & Gas)

About the role

PIPECARE Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead in‑line inspection projects for its Middle East operations, based in Jordan. The role oversees the full lifecycle of EPC and oil‑&‑gas service projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end management of EPC and oil‑&‑gas service projects, developing execution plans, schedules, resource plans and budgets.
• Maintain client relationships, serve as primary contact, conduct project review meetings and provide progress updates.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, revenues and profitability; manage invoicing, cash‑flow forecasting and margin improvement.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, maintain risk registers and escalate critical issues.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations teams to ensure technical deliverables meet contractual and industry standards.
• Oversee procurement activities, subcontractor performance and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Promote HSE compliance, achieve zero lost‑time incidents and ensure quality standards and ISO compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, allocate resources, mentor staff and conduct performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Petroleum or related); Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration is a plus.
• 10‑15+ years of senior‑level experience in oil & gas, EPC, pipeline or industrial projects, with the last 3‑5 years managing EPC or oil‑&‑gas projects.
• Proven track record delivering multidisciplinary projects from award to close‑out.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑SP, NEBOSH/IOSH are preferred.
