About the role
The Quality Control Coordinator will ensure accurate data entry, manage inventory discrepancies, and support store operations through detailed analysis and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze quality variations from metrics and document related problem cases.
- Guide stores on receiving deliveries, match purchase orders with invoices, and issue debit notes.
- Perform transfer matching as a preventive action for discrepancies.
- File and share documents with relevant departments.
- Issue quality‑assurance email tips and ensure system data accuracy.
- Conduct spot checks on stored items and issue monthly reconciliations.
- Manage damaged or expired items by returning to suppliers or disposing of them.
- Report system issues related to store operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Own a car.
- Detail‑oriented, structured, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Solution‑focused mindset with strong stakeholder management.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
