Regional Product Manager

About the role

Dar Al Dawa is looking for a motivated Regional Product Manager to join its Marketing Department. You will be responsible for driving product performance across assigned markets, supporting sales, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of annual marketing plans and strategies.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to uncover business opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer databases for the designated regions.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Monitor marketing budgets and ensure activities follow approved plans.
• Prepare market analyses and recommendations using the Integrated Marketing System (IMS).
• Collaborate with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Planning, and Production to meet market needs.
• Generate periodic reports on marketing activities, achievements, and market performance.
• Manage and refresh promotional materials in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum two years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical market regulations and marketing best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Previous experience with cardiovascular products is preferred.
