Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Thales is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow its business in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and delivering revenue targets while representing Thales' identity management and data protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and quantify opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Develop and deliver accurate, technically correct sales presentations to prospects.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
• Create and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Provide realistic sales forecasts and report on performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic account management and IT security business development.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic (native) and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
