Reservation Executive (Travel & Hospitality)

About the role

The Reservation Executive manages and processes travel and accommodation bookings, ensuring accuracy and delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, reservations, and any changes throughout the booking lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservations for travel, hotels, car rentals and related services using booking systems.
• Interact with clients via phone, email or in‑person to provide information on options, pricing and availability.
• Prepare and send confirmation documents such as itineraries, tickets and vouchers.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, car‑rental agencies and other vendors to secure bookings and confirm availability.
• Manage payment processes, including invoicing, billing, refunds and accurate record‑keeping.
• Ensure all reservations comply with company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
• Maintain records of reservations, cancellations and customer feedback; generate regular performance reports.
• Stay updated on travel trends and industry developments to advise clients effectively.
• Resolve issues, discrepancies or special requests promptly to achieve client satisfaction.
