Resource Mobilization and Marketing Consultant for Learning Innovation Hub

About the role

UNICEF’s Learning Innovation Hub is seeking a consultant to strengthen resource mobilization, partnerships, and strategic communications for the Learning Passport, its flagship digital learning platform. The role will help expand the funding pipeline, enhance partner engagement, and raise the visibility of programmes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust partnerships and funding pipeline for the Learning Passport.
• Create high‑quality fundraising, reporting, and engagement materials.
• Coordinate strategic communications and visibility efforts across global and country programmes.
• Collaborate with Private Fundraising and Partnerships, National Committees, and country offices to position the Learning Passport as a scalable solution.
• Support the preparation of reports and updates for donors and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, or partnership development, preferably in the education or digital learning sector.
• Strong understanding of UNICEF’s programmes and the Learning Passport initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regions.
