About the role
The Restaurant Captain is responsible for organizing and coordinating the restaurant team to ensure seamless service for guests and clients. Working within a Hilton property, the Captain acts as the link between floor staff and management, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Distribute tables and tasks to team members.
- Request the necessary number of cooperative staff according to demand.
- Identify operational necessities for the sector and inform the supervisor.
- Follow procedures according to the checklist.
- Coordinate the work of all team members to maintain constant service quality.
- Transfer goods and materials across sectors.
- Support the supervisor on bureaucratic issues and team development.
- Track food and beverage monthly inventories.
Required profile
