Sales Manager – Poultry (Hatching Eggs)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our poultry hatching‑egg business. The role focuses on driving growth in both new and existing markets while building strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will be a motivated, well‑organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and relationship development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales in new and existing markets.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
• Mentor and coach sales team members to achieve individual and team objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the poultry sector, specifically hatching eggs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated, well‑organized with a proven ability to prospect and develop strong customer relationships.
