About the role

Etihad is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive revenue across assigned accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships while promoting new products, services, and promotions to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform and coordinate sales activities for assigned accounts, ensuring Etihad’s sales targets are achieved.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to develop winning sales strategies.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Communicate regularly with accounts about new offerings and promotional campaigns.
  • Draft and negotiate contractual agreements in line with company policies.
  • Represent Etihad in client meetings, external events, and regional stakeholder interactions.
  • Lead the development of new territories or stations and act as the primary point of contact for GSAs.
  • Coach and mentor new sales representatives, providing training and day‑to‑day support.
  • Analyze market potential and convert opportunities into revenue using the sales toolkit.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the aviation or travel sector.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor a sales team.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in market and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize strategic projects and represent the company in various forums.
